0 Preheat oven to 400°F. 1 Spray a cookie sheet with a thick coating of cooking oil and evenly place the pumpkin seeds on the sheet. Lightly sprinkle pumpkin seeds with salt. 2 Bake for 10 minutes. 3 Stir the seeds and cook another 10-15 minutes or until golden and crispy (make sure to keep an eye on them in the last few minutes of cooking so they don’t burn). 4 Cool and serve.View original recipe
