cup flour

tbsp baking powder

tsp baking soda

tsp kosher salt

cup agave nectar

cup buttermilk
extra large egg
cup vegetable oil
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 1 Mix the first 5 dry ingredients in a bowl. 2 Whisk the remaining wet ingredients in a separate bowl until thoroughly combined. 4 Pour the cornmeal mixture into the wet ingredients and thoroughly combine with a whisk. 6 Pour into 24 greased mini muffin cups. 7 Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted inside. 9 Cool and serve.View original recipe
