What you need

cup mirin

cup rice vinegar

tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

tbsp honey

tbsp fresh ginger

tbsp sesame oil

garlic clove

sesame seed
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 1 Place tofu in a towel to remove as much liquid/water as possible. 2 Cut tofu into even 1/2 inch slices. 3 Mix the remaining ingredients in a 11 x 7 inch baking dish. 4 Place tofu in marinade, coating both sides, and bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden.View original recipe
