pork tenderloin

applesauce
cup apple cider

tbsp apple cider vinegar

tbsp fresh thyme

oz sauerkraut
Instructions
0 Heat the oil in a large sauté pan over high heat. 1 Season the pork with 1 teaspoon of salt. 2 Add the pork to a sauté pan and evenly brown all sides for a total of 4 minutes. 3 Transfer the apples and remaining ingredients to a slow cooker, stir, and top with the pork tenderloins. 4 Cook on high for 2 hours or until pork reaches 155°F on a meat thermometer. 5 Remove tenderloins and allow them to rest for 10 minutes. 6 Slice the meat and serve.View original recipe
