What you need

applesauce

onion

sweet potato

fresh thyme

clove garlic

tbsp olive oil

tsp kosher salt

chicken sausage

tbsp butter

tbsp red wine vinegar
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 1 Place the first 6 ingredients on a baking pan. 2 Drizzle the ingredients with the olive oil, toss to coat and spread evenly over the baking sheet. Distribute the sausage over the sheet pan and sprinkle with salt. 3 Roast for 30-35 minutes or until vegetables are tender. If additional color is wanted, broil for 1-2 minutes or until golden. 4 Meanwhile melt the butter in a small sauce pan and add the vinegar. Cook for 2 minutes over medium heat until bubbles appear and mixture starts to reduce. 5 Remove the sheet pan from the oven and drizzle with the butter/vinegar mixture.View original recipe
