tbsp olive oil

tsp kosher salt

tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 1 Cut acorn squash length wise in half, then into wedges. 2 Place the squash wedges on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. 3 Bake for 30 minutes. 4 Drizzle the squash with maple syrup and toss to coat. 5 Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until tender. 6 Serve.View original recipe
