Meatloaf Meatballs have everything you’d expect to find in a classic meatloaf but packaged into delicious bite-sized portions. They’re super kid-friendly and not to mention absolutely delicious!

What you need

bell pepper

garlic clove

lb ground turkey

tsp italian herbs

tsp kosher salt
Instructions
0 Preheat the oven to 375F degrees. 1 Heat the oil in a saute pan over medium heat. 2 Add the onions, bell pepper, and garlic, and cook for 5 minutes, until the veggies are soft. 3 Remove the veggies from the heat and allow to cool. 4 In a bowl, mix together the cooled veggies, ground turkey, italian herbs and salt, until well combined. 5 Using a 1 tablespoon measure, form the mixture into meatballs, and place in a greased baking dish. 6 Bake for 20 minutes, until cooked through. 7 Note: You can also sauté the meatballs over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally, and cover for 1 additional minute.View original recipe
