tsp baking soda

tsp kosher salt

cup unsalted butter

cup coconut sugar

egg nog

tsp vanilla extract

cup chocolate chips

0 Preheat oven to 350F degrees. 1 Place the first 3 ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined. 2 Add the butter, coconut sugar, egg, and vanilla and pulse for 1 minute or until thoroughly combined. Stir in the chocolate chips. 3 Spoon the cookie batter onto a silpat- or parchment-lined baking sheet in 2-tablespoon portions. 4 Use the palm of your hand to gently press the cookies down and flatten slightly. 5 Bake until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.
