Gluten Free Double Chocolate Black Bean Brownies

These chocolatey brownies are so delicious you'd never know they're gluten free and have a full can of black beans making them super moist and a healthy alternative to normal brownies!

black beans

egg nog

cup cocoa powder

cup honey

cup coconut oil

tsp vanilla extract

tsp baking powder

kosher salt

cup chocolate chips
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 350°F. 1 Place the oats in a food processor and pulse for 1 minute or until finely ground. 2 Place remaining ingredients except for the chocolate chips in the food processor and pulse until combined, about 1 minute. 3 Pour 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips into the batter and pour into a greased 8 x 8 inch pan and top with the remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips. 4 Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. 5 Cool brownies and cut into 2 inch squares.View original recipe
