Fish Tacos

Fish Tacos are one of my favorite summertime meals because they're light and super flavorful! Fresh, flakey fish with all the toppings can't be beat.

What you need

tsp kosher salt

tsp cumin

tbsp olive oil

fresh lime juice

cup cilantro

white corn tortillas
Instructions
0 Sprinkle the salt and cumin onto the fish. 1 Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large size pan over medium/high heat. 2 Cook the fish for 2-4 minutes on each side until cooked through and flaky. 3 Place the fish on a plate, flake with a fork into chucks and squeeze with lime juice and cilantro. Toss to coat. 4 Place 1/4 portion of the fish in each tortilla and top with accompaniments. 5 Serve.View original recipe
