Cinnamon French Toast with Berry Sauce

What you need

tbsp full fat milk

tsp cinnamon

tsp vanilla extract

slice whole wheat bread

tsp butter

cup mixed fruit

tbsp agave nectar
Instructions
French Toast: 0 Whisk the egg, milk, cinnamon and vanilla in shallow dish. 1 Place 2 slices of bread in the dish to absorb the egg mixture for 1 minute. Flip and let the other side soak up the egg mixture. 2 Heat a saute pan over medium heat. 3 Melt butter in the pan and place the bread in the saute pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden. 4 Flip and cook on the other side for 2-3 minutes. 5 Cool and serve. 6 *Allow to cool, place in a ziploc bag, label and freeze. When ready, place in toaster oven or oven at 300 and heat for 10 minutes or until heated through. Berry Sauce: 9 Place berries and honey in a sauce pan and simmer for 15 minutes. 10 Serve over french toast.View original recipe
