What you need

cup full fat milk

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp honey

cup all purpose flour

tsp kosher salt

tsp ground cinnamon

tbsp unsalted butter

lemon juice
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 1 Place the first 4 ingredients in a blender or bowl and mix till smooth. 2 Add the flour, salt and cinnamon to the egg mixture. 3 Place the butter in a 9 inch oven proof skillet and melt, about 2-3 minutes. 4 Pour the batter into the saute pan and bake for 25 minutes. 5 Remove from the oven and serve immediately in wedges.View original recipe
