What you need

cup all purpose flour

tbsp sugar

tbsp baking powder

tsp kosher salt
egg

cup milk
cup vegetable oil
Instructions
0 Preheat the oven to 400F. 1 In a bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. 2 In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and vegetable oil. 3 Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir to combine. 4 Pour the batter into a greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.View original recipe
