What you need

tsp baking powder

tsp kosher salt

tbsp unsalted butter

cup granulated sugar
extra large egg

cup buttermilk

tsp vanilla extract
cup fresh blueberries

powdered sugar
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 375° F. 1 In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt and set aside. 2 In a standing mixer (or bowl using a hand mixer), cream together the butter and sugar. 3 Add the egg, buttermilk and vanilla and combine. 4 Add the flour mixture to the butter/sugar mixture and mix until just combined. 5 Gently fold in the blueberries. 6 Spoon into greased and floured donut pan, filling ¾ full. 7 Bake for 14 minutes, or until the tops spring back when lightly pressed. 8 Cool and lightly dust with powdered sugar.View original recipe
