What you need

white onion

lb dried beans

oz tomato paste

cup maple syrup

cup molasses

tbsp dijon mustard

vegetable broth

cup water

tsp kosher salt
Instructions
0 Heat the olive oil in a saute pan, add the onions and cook until soft, about 3-4 minutes. 1 Transfer the onions to a crock pot, add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine. 2 Cook on low for 8-10 hours or 6-8 hours on high or until the beans are tender.
