applesauce

cup raisin

cup celery stalk

cup olive oil

cup apple cider vinegar

tsp dijon mustard

tsp maple syrup

tsp salt
Instructions
0 Bring 4 Cups of water and salt to a boil in a large pot. Add the wheat berries, cover and reduce the heat to a simmer. 1 Cook for 1 hour or until wheat berries are tender to the bite (it make take over an hour, so just keep testing them). 2 Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until fine pieces remain. 3 In a bowl, throughly mix the wheat berries with the apple/raisin mixture. 4 Serve.View original recipe
