What you need

unsweetened coconut flakes

macadamia nuts

kiwi fruit

strawberries
fresh blueberries

fresh raspberries
fresh blackberries

pomegranate seeds

sweet cherries

0 Cut the watermelon into 1 inch slices. You can leave them in discs, or cut into pizza wedges. 1 Sprinkle the watermelon slices with shredded coconut, chopped macadamias, or a mixture of the top. 2 Top with all your favorite fresh fruit toppings: kiwi, berries, pomegranate seeds, cherries... the sky is the limit!View original recipe
