What you need

white onion

celery stalk

red bell pepper

clove garlic

lb ground turkey

zucchini

oz tomato sauce

oz diced tomatoes with green chilies

cup water

oz white beans

tsp kosher salt

tbsp chili powder

tsp cumin
Instructions
0 Heat the oil in a large pot and saute the onion and celery for 2 minutes. 1 Add the garlic and turkey and sauté for 5-6 minutes or until turkey is cooked through and broken into tiny pieces. 2 Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. 3 Cover, reduce to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes. 4 Serve.View original recipe
