Using a paring knife, cut jack-o-lantern faces into the sweet potatoes. 2 Place the sweet potato slices on a parchment lined baking sheet, spray with oil, sprinkle with salt and bake for 20 minutes (alternatively they can be cooked in an airfryer for 10 minutes at 350 degrees).View original recipe
