cup oat bran

cup wheat germ

cup flax seed meal
cup raw pumpkin seeds

cup sunflower seed

cup blanched almonds

cup walnut pieces

tsp ground cinnamon

cup maple syrup

cup water

tbsp canola oil

tsp vanilla extract

tsp kosher salt
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 250° F. 1 Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and stir well to combine. 2 Spread onto one large (or 2 small) cookie sheets lined with parchment paper and bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until golden brown.
