What you need

bunch radish

avocado

persian cucumber

tomato

cup sundried tomatoes

fresh corn kernels

oz mushroom

bell pepper
cup olive oil

tbsp lemon juice

garlic clove

tsp honey

tsp kosher salt

tsp dijon mustard

Instructions
0 Place the first nine ingredients and any other vegetables you love on a large platter. 1 Slice all the veggies into bite-sized pieces and arrange on top of the salad greens. 2 Place the remaining 7 ingredients in a jar to shake or bowl to whisk. 3 Pour dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
