What you need

cup wheat flour

tsp ground cinnamon

pinch kosher salt

tsp baking powder

cup milk

tbsp honey

cup applesauce
egg

tsp vanilla
cup dried fruit

cup nuts
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 375°F. 1 Place the first 5 dry ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. 2 Mix the milk, applesauce, egg, agave, and vanilla in a separate bowl. 3 Pour the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stir to combine and then fold in the dried fruits and nuts. 4 Pour the oatmeal mixture into a buttered, greased or parchment lined 7 x 11 inch baking dish. 5 Bake for 30 minutes or until thickened and golden. 6 Cool completely then cut into squares or bars and serve.View original recipe
