cup white mushrooms

0 Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Place the tortilla in the pan and cook for about 1 minute, until it begins to bubble. 1 Flip the tortilla over and sprinkle cheese all over the top. 2 Once the cheese begins to melt, top half of the tortilla with mushrooms and avocado and fold in half. 3 Cook for 2 minutes on each side, until the cheese is melted and everything is hot. 4 Remove the quesadilla from the heat, open, and add your choice of stuffings.View original recipe
