0 Preheat oven to 350F. 1 In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. 2 In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, oil and milk. 3 Divide the batter evenly between two bowls. 4 Fold the mix ins into the batter. You can even separate the batter and make two types of muffins. (Use 1/2 - 3/4 cup of mix ins for each half of the batter - up to 1 1/2 cups of mix ins per full muffin recipe!) 5 Pour batter into greased or lined muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes for regular size muffins, or 15 minutes for mini muffins, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.View original recipe
