egg nog

cup matzo meal

tsp kosher salt

tsp garlic powder

tbsp sesame seed

cooking oil
Instructions
0 Cook the chard in a steamer pot of boiling water for 6-8 minutes or until tender. 1 Chop the chard very fine. 2 Place all the ingredients, except the oil, in a bowl and combine thoroughly. 3 Using 1 tbsp of the mixture, form into small patties. 4 Heat a thin layer of oil in a saute pan over medium heat. 5 Cook the patties for 3 minutes on each side or until golden. 6 Serve.View original recipe
