What you need

cup unsweetened coconut flakes

tbsp hemp seeds

tbsp coconut oil

cup honey

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp vanilla extract

cup vanilla yogurt

cup fresh fruit
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 1 Place the first 7 ingredients in a bowl and stir to thoroughly combine. 2 Place 3 tablespoons to the mixture into greased muffin tins 3/4 of the way up and bake for 18 minutes or until golden. 3 As soon as you remove the granola muffins from the oven, use a spoon to gently press the center down to form a cup. Allow to cool completely before removing from muffin tins. 4 Top granola muffins with 1-2 tabspoons of greek yogurt and top with a variety of fruits.View original recipe
