cup wheat bran

tsp baking powder

tsp baking soda

tsp kosher salt

buttermilk

tsp vanilla extract
extra large egg

cup honey
cup oil

cup dried cranberries
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 350° F. 1 Combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl. 2 In a separate bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients except for the cranberries. 3 Slowly combine the dry ingredients into the wet, and then stir in the cranberries. 4 Pour batter into greased mini muffin cups about 2/3 of the way up and bake for 15 minutes (or 2/3 of the way up into regular size muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes). 5 Cool and serve.View original recipe
