What you need

cup all purpose flour

tsp baking powder

tsp baking soda

tsp cinnamon

tsp kosher salt

cup honey

cup buttermilk

cup canola oil

liquid egg whites

cup chocolate chips
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 1 Mix the first 6 ingredients in a bowl to combine. 2 Whisk the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl until combined. 3 Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. 4 Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips to the mixture. 5 Fill 12 muffin cups (that have been greased or lined with paper cups) 3/4 full. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips evenly on top of muffins. 6 Bake 20-22 minutes for regular size muffins (or 16-18 minutes for mini muffins) or until a toothpick comes out clean.View original recipe
