1 wheat thin crackers

½ cup sprinkles

0 Place the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl (preferably glass) and heat for 60 seconds, stopping to stir half way through the cooking time. Alternatively, you can place the bowl over a small pot filled 1 inch up with boiling water and stir until melted, about 3-4 minutes.&nbsp;
1 Using a spoon, drizzle the chocolate over half of the cracker and place on parchment paper.
2 While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle the dipped pieces of matzah with sprinkles and allow the chocolate to cool, about 20 minutes.
