What you need

½ cup cauliflower

1 cup frozen corn

0 Place the chicken in a steamer pot over boiling water for 4 minutes. 1 Add the cauliflower to the pot and cook for 2 more minutes. 2 Add the corn and continue to cook for 2 minutes or until all the ingredients are cooked through and fork tender. 3 Place ingredients in a food processor and puree. You may need to add some of the water from the pot to make smooth. 4 Cool and serve.View original recipe
