0 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 1 Place the first 3 ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Dough will be thick and a bit sticky. 2 Stir in 1/4 cup of sprinkles until combined. 3 Use a 1 tablespoon scoop or measure to place cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment or a silpat. Top with a few remaining sprinkles. 4 Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes or until dry to the touch. 5 Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes before moving to cooling racks.
