cup warm milk

tbsp butter

Instructions
0 Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. 1 Add the potatoes to the water, reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 12-15 minutes or until fork tender. 2 Drain the potatoes and add to a bowl with the butter, milk, salt and pepper. 3 Mash the potatoes with a hand held masher until fluffy. 4 Heat a lightly greased saute pan over medium heat. Poke sausage with a fork, add to the saute pan and cook for 7-8 minutes or until cooked through (you may want to follow the package directions on the amount of time). 5 Slice sausage into several pieces. 6 Place a heaping spoonful of mashed potatoes on a plate and top with sliced sausage. 7 Serve.View original recipe
