What you need

onion

clove

tsp kosher salt

pepper

bell pepper

can diced tomatoes with green chilies

box ziti pasta
cup mozzarella

cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
0 Saute the onion, bell pepper and salt for 4-5 minutes or until onions are translucent. Add the garlic and cook an additional minute. 1 Add the tomatoes and cook the sauce for 15 minutes over medium heat. The sauce will thicken as it cooks. 2 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 3 Combine the sauce, pasta, parmesan and 1 1/2 cups mozzarella in a large bowl or pot and pour into a lightly oiled 9 x 11 casserole dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella. Can be prepared at this point the night before. 4 Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.View original recipe
