½ tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp apple juice
Instructions
0 Place all the ingredients in a sauce pan over low heat.* 1 Cook for 15 minutes, covered or until apples are fork tender. 2 Smash apples with a potato masher or back of a spoon. You want the apple butter to be slightly chunky. 3 Cool and serve.View original recipe
