Fruit on the Bottom Yogurt

Heat butter in a medium saute pan over medium heat.
Add the apples, cinnamon, 1 tbsp maple syrup and lemon juice and stir to combine.
Cover and cook the apples for 8 minutes or until tender. Allow to cool.
In a separate bowl combine the greek yogurt and 1 tbsp of maple syrup.
Place 1 tbsp of apple mixture in a glass, then 2 tbsp of the yogurt and repeat.
Serve.
