Preheat oven to 450°F.
Spread 1 tablespoon of sauce on each slice of bagel.
Top each bagel with 2 tablespoons of cheese, then arrange vegetables on top to resemble a wreath.
Cut bell peppers into thin strips to make the ribbon for each wreath.
Place wreaths on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes.
